Indigos Overcoming Fear on the Earthly Plane

Posted by EnlightenedIndigoChild on February 10, 2013 at 10:10 AM

Although I am pretty comfortable with the etheric realms, I can find it challenging in the 3D.

My experience with ice skating is a perfect example.

When I first heard about a free skating rink in NYC, I was so excited and yet so scared. It reminded me of when I was in middle school and our class went on an all day ice skating trip out of the city. I hurt my knee pretty bad that day when I fell on the ice. My knee was swollen, I had to limp home and call my dad to come and take care of me. The experience impacted me greatly.

The last few times I was on the ice, I held onto the fence around the rink the entire time. Fear had gripped me so much I could not get myself to let go.

The idea of going skating again so many years later still brings up that painful memory, and has made me resistant to doing it. But I was determined to go since the rink was free and so near my home. I had to do a lot of EFT (body tapping technique to release emotional trauma), etheric cord cutting and other techniques to get past my basic fears. . Then I watched YouTube’s on How To Ice Skate. I figured it couldn’t hurt to get a refresher course.

When I got to the rink and I walked onto the ice, I was glued to the rim for the entire time. I did not fall and I skated for about a half an hour, slowly and hanging on to the wall. The next day, I went skating again. Still, I would not let go of the wall. Each day I became braver, and by the sixth day, I had released my fear of falling and finally found that I no longer needed the wall for support. I actually find that I now love ice skating.

As I know many Indigos have lots of insecurities, I felt it would be good to share this story. Everyone can’t be good at everything but with persistence and perseverance, success is inevitable. It’s good to feel successful in the 3D.

Keep a Clear Focus

Posted by EnlightenedIndigoChild on December 21, 2012 at 10:00 AM

Is it just me, or are people crazier than ever? I have met a continual stream of people that hold qualities of hostility, disrespect and a self-righteousness. And somehow, these people think they are shedding truth.

How is criticizing helpful? How is being hurtful helpful?

Now is a period that is to bring peace, love, joy, good cheer. It is to be the mark of starting new.

I guess for us highly sensitive Enlightened Indigos, it is important for us to have contact with all the horrible and miserable people before we can have people and circumstances that are truly in alignment with the paradigm of the New Age.

With this, I am grateful for the opportunity to meet these sheeple (sheep people- see our book, Enlightened Indigo Child) to see how I choose to live my life. I choose love. I choose to inspire. I choose…

What do you choose?

Your Higher Self

Posted by EnlightenedIndigoChild on October 27, 2012 at 10:55 AM

Last week, I had two new clients (that do not know each other) each tell me that I had come to them (one said that she actually saw me) etherically, with a special message for them on the morning of their visits. Each of them was fully awake, so they were not dreaming this encounter.

Personally, this is not something that I was intentionally doing and I don’t remember astral traveling for this to happen. Actually, in the morning when they said they met me, I was doing a distance healing on a client. So it seems, at least consciously, that I was busy doing something else.

So the question is how can I be in three places at the same time? I have no clue!

I know that time and distance are just defining elements of the 3D world we live in. And when you ascend to the frequency of 5D, we release these limiting parameters, and have these abilities. But I think I would know it, when it occurs.

I asked Archangel Michael what happened; this is his response:

"Your Higher Self, which can travel between time and space, traveled to your clients' in need."

What can I learn from this experience?

"Your Higher Self acted as a guide for them. The Higher Self, in general, is here to give assistance when the heart is not clear to do so."

It seems that the clients’ tapped into my Higher Self through their own Higher Self. Fascinating.

I guess they felt that they needed to hear the message from me (my Higher Self) rather than going within to find the answer from their own Higher Self. It was probably more reassuring to get an outsider (me) to confirm what they already may have known.

So next time you are looking for guidance, you might want to contact your own Higher Self before looking to an outsider for solutions.

Archangel Michael said that this is what you should say toget in touch with your Higher Self to receive guidance:

"My Higher Self of Love and Light, thank you for your help with____________."

Sit there quietly, focus on your breath and the answers should come.

Our Book is Published

Posted by EnlightenedIndigoChild on August 10, 2012 at 12:05 AM

So it is official!

My mom and I published our book Enlightened Indigo Child. We are now authors.

Our book has been in the works for two years. It’s a labor of love and all of you can now buy a copy of it. Our book has been charged with a high vibration of healing energy and it may help you on many different levels.

We’ve had some feedback on Amazon that has been pretty positive. Here’s the link. for Amazon

Everyone whose read it feels that they have gained many insights on being healthier and on their path for their life’s purpose. So if that is what you need, our book is for you!

You can even buy autographed copies by contacting us directly.

Just tell us if you want your copy inscribed with a personal dedication to someone, and it’s yours.

I remember when we first began to get messages about writing the book. I had a few channelings and my mom had many dreams. We just had no idea how to begin. Soon after, my mom heard about a workshop hosted by a publishing company.

At first, I felt a bit overwhelmed by the new publishing lingo and ideas about writing and authoring a book. My mom, being the go-getter that she is, dove right into conceptualizing the many insights that should be included in our book. It was so important that we provide guidance, help, and a sense of higher purpose (as well as a sense of humor) for others to have an easier time on their life’s path. We thought about what other sensitive Indigo Children and their parents should know. Well, here it is in our book.

Learn the secrets that we have mastered and you too can become an Enlightened Indigo Child.

Just Be

Posted by EnlightenedIndigoChild on December 22, 2011 at 10:25 PM

I saw a client today, who was upset at her son (he’s an Indigo) for getting an average grade in a class that he hates. Another client (she’s an Indigo) was upset with herself for making a medical appointment now, even though she should have done it 6 months ago. Their feelings on these situations were that they were disappointed since the outcome was not what they had hoped for or planned.

When it comes to personal progress, everyone goes at their own pace. Everything can’t be done yesterday or done to perfection. Taking a step forward in anything is something to be proud of.

To quote from the song The Climb, “Ain't about how fast I get there./Ain't about what's waiting on the other side./It's the climb.”

Or in colloquial terms, “It’s all about the journey, not the destination.”

So don’t judge yourself too harshly if things don’t work out the way you planned or they take a little longer to get there.

There is a divine plan to everything. When you are doing the best you can, that is all you can do. Do not judge or beat yourself up over what could have been. Just be.

Giving Thanks

Posted by EnlightenedIndigoChild on November 24, 2011 at 10:00 PM

In conventional circles, Thanksgiving is when we stuff our faces, and show off to our family. But as Indigos, we know that Thanksgiving is a time to remember our blessings and feel gratitude for them.

Reflecting on the spirit of the holiday, here are some channeled words of wisdom from the original Pilgrims at the original Thanksgiving celebration.

We were scared; most of our food supplies were gone. Our people were dying or sick and we were not prepared for the cold season ahead. The native people, of this new land, opened their homes to us. They provided food; took care of our sick and helped us bury the dead.

These glorious people taught us how to forage, and to redefine our own limitations. They were our light when there was darkness all around us. For this we are grateful. For this we give thanks. Amen.

I hope this holiday reminds you of the many blessings present in your life. Situations we face today are not as dire as those the Pilgrims faced, and I am grateful for this.

In my life, gratitude is a daily habit, like brushing my teeth or combing my hair. Today is just a more conscious version of it. Time for a gratitude dance!

The Mayan Calendar

Posted by EnlightenedIndigoChild on October 8, 2011 at 10:55 PM

It has come to my attention very recently that the end of the Mayan calendar is not December 21, 2012, but is actually October 28, 2011. This theory has been confirmed by Carl Johan Calleman Ph.D, an independent researcher on the Mayan Calendar phenomenon.

I guess the Hollywood studios had it all wrong. We can just ignore all those 2012 disaster movies and documentaries. Let’s get real!

In my opinion, it doesn’t really matter what the date is, as changes are already occurring, even now as we speak. No one can ignore the inordinate amount of earthquakes, tsunamis, and hurricanes in the recent few months. The Earth is shifting and it is affecting everyone.

I live in NYC and no one in my family has ever felt an earthquake until August of this year. Then we had the hurricane a few days later. (My brother had so much water damage to his apartment that he actually had mushrooms growing on his ceiling. Yuck!) All I can say is “Thank goodness we didn’t have a tsunami!”

So I think the end of the Mayan calendar may be sooner than we think. To gain clarity, I went straight to the source: The Highest Consciousness of the Mayan Calendar of the Light

(I do that a lot. That is, I go to the source, when I need to know the REAL story (might enjoy my channel from the Native Americans about Thanksgiving)).

No fear. Somewhere along your path there has been put a belief of fear. This is not so. It is a time of enlightenment. It is a time of full potential; to see your full gifts, to use them.

It is when consciousness will be heightened. The veils are thinner and there will be no differentiation from the other vibrations that exist simultaneously with you.

Your goal is to walk the path; not to put down your talents, but to embrace them.

These are the steps to achieve this.

1. Find your gratitude

 2. Find your love

 3. Find your passion

 4. Find your light

 5. Get grounded

 6. Feel the peace

 7. Know that everyone is one

When further queried about thespecific date of October 28, 2011: This is the date when the portals open; the veils will be very thin or gone.

They went on to further say:

You will have “Ahha!” moments or feel the depths of despair. You must find any way you can to stay grounded. This is key to your ascension.

For those of us who are conscious and awake, the shift will be noteworthy. We will be presented with what we need. This is not material needs but something much more significant that will affect us on a profound level. For those who are oblivious and continue to stay with the masses, the fear will continue to build on itself to such a point that people will be easily duped into believing whatever the media tells them.

Since we are all ascending on many different levels, it is important to keep a clear mind and a clean diet at this time so that the changes are effortless and comfortable. Grounding and a wholesome environment will keep you in your power and at your best.

As the Earth continues to ascend in its vibration, there will be a release of old paradigms and a shift to new ones. Many of us will be feeling emotional, mental and physical discomfort as we are confronted with our own limitations.

During this October, we enter the 7th and final day of the 9th wave of the Mayan Calendar on October 11 (full moon) and its end on Oct. 28. We will have some powerful energy downloads with the new and full moons and some sobering realizations that will either propel us into new ways of being or depress us more deeply into victim consciousness.

The secret is to stay as connected to earth as you can, so that you are in resonance with the planet. The miracle vibration of ascension affects all of us. Peace, joy and good health are ours to have.

The Power of Your Words

Posted by EnlightenedIndigoChild on February 20, 2011 at 9:40 PM

There is an old expression: “It is not what you say, but how you say it..”

With this in mind, I have noticed that many people speak in an absolutely vile tone of disdain. Almost as if everything in their life is terrible or boring, even if the words they use, say it isn’t.

With many of these people, I notice that their voice is sweet; no screaming or yelling anywhere. And the words that they choose are also kind, without any profanity. However, their tonality is usually full of criticism, disdain, cynicism and pretentious qualities.

The best example of this was in school this week. One of the teachers spoke to my classmate as if she were 3 years old and had done something terrible. Actually, she is an adult and she had done nothing wrong. But it was obvious that the instructor had a chip on his shoulder and needed to vent on someone. Unfortunately, she was it. He left the scene feeling quite superior about his pompous self, and my classmate and others around her were quite disturbed by the whole matter. He never said one word that was insulting but spoke in a tone of “you know nothing and I know everything”.

According to Universal Law of Attraction, you attract what you put out there. This particular teacher is not a happy person and he always seems to be sharing details of his miserable personal life. As for my classmate, what happened to her, I’m not surprised, as I have seen her speak in a similar tone to others, although not quite as severe as the teacher had done to her.

So what is the lesson learned here? It is always best to speak in a positive tone. It may be tough to control your thoughts, but the written and spoken words that come from you can have a tremendous impact on your life and those around you. And remember, once they come out, you can not retrieve them.

The next time you know the answer to a question or want to help someone, do not absent-mindedly say “no problem”. This is not a positive response as the word “no” and “problem” have been brought into the equation. Both are negative words. Better to think in the affirmative. “ Yes. I can do this.” or “I would love to help you."

Or if your friend is wearing an ugly shirt, do not say "I guess you didn’t have time to do your laundry and that must have been the last shirt in your dresser." But do come up with something positive like “I love the frog pattern on your blouse. It reminds me of my fun time in the countryside as a kid.“

We cannot control the way other people speak but we do have total control over our own words. Differentiate yourself from the masses and be the leader that you are meant to be. Own your vocabulary and speak well so that others will wish to emulate you. Indigos are the change for the better. Speak it.

Manifestation Board

Posted by EnlightenedIndigoChild on January 1, 2011 at 9:35 PM

Now that the New Year is upon us, it is time to focus on having our dreams come true. Today is 1-1-11. It is a very powerful day of manifesting all that you put your attention on. And with the upcoming lunar eclipse on 1-4-11, this energy is even more commanding.

So I ask that you spend 15 minutes in quiet meditation each day for the next 4 days focusing and heart-centering yourself on all that you hope to manifest this year.

A good place to start with this is in the creation of a Manifestation Board.

Manifestation or Vision Boards are not only effective at getting you focused, but also effective at getting you what you want.

Since most Indigos are procrastinators, we are asking you to get up now and get started making your Board.

It can be very elaborate with colorful decorations or quite simple on a sheet of plain paper. The main thing is to post it in a place where you can see it every day -- so that you can look at it and feel its energy.

You can paste on pictures of what you would like to attain, like a new desk or house or job, or pictures and attributes of people you would like to have as your friends. You can even make a check out to yourself for a million dollars and meditate on you cashing it!

Put everything that you want to accomplish on it - in pictures, words, colors, etc. Every day, sit with this board. See these accomplishments in your mind’s eye, hold it, feel it, and let it resonate through you until you feel it in your core. Do this for at least 10 minutes a day. The more often, the better.

And then take action. Write down on paper in a notebook planner everything that you need to do to create this life that you want to live. Then move and do something to make it happen, and it will.

It might also be helpful to review our blog on Gratitude so that it will expedite the outcome. The Law of Attraction rules. If you can believe something/anything in your core, the Universe will deliver.

Links to help make the board:

This should be a fun project. As the energy you put into it, will be exactly what you get out of it.

We wish you an abundance of good health and prosperity in 2011. May all your dreams come true. You deserve it!
